What your blood test says about your second age
Enter nine values from a standard blood test. PhenoAge — a published model by Levine et al. — turns them into a biological age estimate. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent or stored.
Track it without typing: upload your lab PDF and twyn recalculates with every new panel.
Questions
What is PhenoAge?
A biological-age estimate from nine routine blood markers and your age, published by Levine et al. in 2018.
Which tests do I need?
Albumin, creatinine, fasting glucose, hs-CRP, lymphocytes, MCV, RDW, alkaline phosphatase and white blood cells — a standard metabolic panel, a complete blood count and hs-CRP.
Why hs-CRP?
The model needs a precise CRP value; a regular CRP test often reports only “below 5”.
How accurate is it?
It's a statistical model estimate, not a diagnosis; it's most useful as a trend across your own tests.
Do you store my data?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent.
